Our designs are delivered instantly as digital files, so they can't be returned the way a physical product can. That said, we don't want anyone stuck with something they can't use.
Email support@bacheloretteblueprint.co within 14 days with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll fix the file, or refund you in full if we can't.
Because the files are downloadable straight away, we can't offer automatic refunds for a change of mind. Get in touch anyway — if you haven't downloaded anything, we'll usually refund you.
Accidentally ordered twice? Tell us and we'll refund the duplicate.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
